Eat-in kitchen

The large eat-in kitchen offers you plenty of light and space. The terrace can easily be reached via two doors. At the large dining table with capacity for 6 people and two high chairs the whole family can eat comfortably. The couch with the two armchairs invites you to a cosy get-together. The fireplace makes even the cold and dark season a pleasure and the 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with BluRay player does not let boredom arise so fast. The house has Wi-Fi. We have a play corner for the little ones and a selection of games, Blu Rays and books in the house.

In the kitchen, which is located directly in the living room, you should find everything you need to do business. Whether baking, cooking, roasting or braising, we have tried to provide a complete kitchen equipment. There are plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery, so you don't have to turn on the dishwasher after every meal. A microwave is of course available if it should go fast.

Bathrooms

The house has two bathrooms. In the lower bathroom there is a very generous rain shower. There is also an adjustable shower on the shower fixture, so you won't get your hair wet every time. There is plenty of room for your stuff in the large washbasin and mirror cabinet and there is a hairdryer and towel dryer.

Behind a curtain you will find the washing machine and all the necessary accessories in case your clothes get short: Clothes racks, clamps and laundry basket. There is a vacuum cleaner, brooms and the like, in case the kids have brought half the beach again.

In the upper bathroom you can relax in the bathtub, but showering is also no problem. A large glass wall can be folded out if required. So there should be no traffic jams even for large groups and so there is more time to explore the beautiful island of Ruegen.

Bedrooms

The house has three bedrooms. You're supposed to sleep heavenly in it, so we've put comfortable box-spring beds everywhere. Each bedroom has a wardrobe for the clothes and lots of hooks and hangers. Night tables with reading lamps are of course also available. All rooms are equipped with fly screens, so that sleeping with the windows open does not end with a mosquito hunt. Darkening curtains make you sleep late.

In the large "parent's bedroom" there is a Queen Size Boxspring double bed and the cot, which is part of the equipment, fits comfortably into it. There you will also find the changing table, which also fits into the lower bathroom. You can also find the second TV (43 inch) in the large bedroom. In the second bedroom there is also a Queen Size Boxspring double bed and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has two box-spring single beds that can be combined to form a king size double bed.

Corridor and hall

Directly behind the front door you enter the large hall and you can store shoes and jackets there. On a pinboard we inform you about current ferry schedules and events at the seaside resort. A fire extinguisher and a fire blanket hang there just in case. You can place a baby carriage under the stairs. Via the stairs you reach the upper floor with the three bedrooms and the bathroom.

Family equipment

We have paid special attention to families with children. There are two high chairs, two cods (60x120 cm) with mattress and waterproof pads, a changing table and a bed guard for the slightly older children. Everything can be used for free! In the living room we have a play corner and a small selection of games is available. The stairs can be secured at the top of the corridor with a safety guard.

Garden

There is a private garden with seating for six people and a large parasol. A Weber charcoal grill and fire bowl are ready. The sun loungers make you forget the world around you. The garden house with dragged roof is suitable for prams or bicycles and the anglers are happy about a filleting table and a water connection with hose. The children can play and romp in the meadow. Bring a paddling pool!
