Booking and Prices
Here you can book the holiday home "Fraeulein Meer - Miss Sea" directly on our website via our online booking system. Our prices start from € 115 per night and € 805,- per week (plus € 95 per stay for final cleaning). We don't demand bail. Pets are not allowed.
Included in the price: Bed linen and towels, all consumption costs, internet flatrate (Wi-Fi), children's equipment and overnight tax.

Rents
The house can be booked online from 3 nights with a day of arrival of your choice, all year long. All mentioned prices include all consumption costs, children's equipment, bed linen and towels. We don't demand bail. The obligatory final cleaning in the amount of 95,- € will be charged additionally per stay. The exact price is determined during the booking process.

Additional costs, deposit, bed linen and towels
Per person our administration will provide you with bed linen and towels. You will receive a large shower towel, a normal towel, hand towels in the bathrooms and tea towels for the kitchen. For the little ones we have children's bed linen if needed.
All additional costs such as electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price, so no annoying billing at the end of the holiday with nasty surprises.
We also don't ask you for a deposit. If something should happen, we simply ask for honesty and then find a solution for the claim settlement. Damages are usually covered by your liability insurance.
Overnight tax
From 01.01.2023 in the seaside resort Altefähr the visitor's tax was replaced by an overnight tax of 6% on the overnight price. This tax is already included in the rental price. The issuance of spa cards is therefore no longer necessary.
Information on data protection
Your data will only be used for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, i.e. booking processing (for this purpose we use the "CalendarApp" of the company Tool Loft UG in Berlin) and on-site support (our administrator Frank). Your data will otherwise not be passed on or used for advertising purposes. You will find detailed information in the detailed privacy policy.
